Service Description
A synastry consultation will reveal the inner dynamics at play in your relationship. By examining your natal chart overlaid with another’s, you’ll discover how you influences each other. The synastry chart highlights the strengths and challenges you and the other person bring out in each other, and it can offer a deeper understanding of one another’s perspectives. Synastry charts are great for intimate partners, family relationships, business partners, or any relationship that needs deeper exploration. What to Expect? All members being discussed in the synastry chart must be present for the consultation to ensure consent from all parties. The consultation will begin by going over the relational needs of each individual as outlined by their natal charts. The synastry chart will then be examined to highlight the strengths and challenges of the relationship. I use a solution-focused approach to chart interpretation that will help you brainstorm ways to resolve difficulties in your relationship. This consultation is 90 minutes and will take place over Zoom. The Zoom meeting will be recorded and emailed to all parties within 72 business hours after the consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Janay Anthony astrology consultation and/or Tarot services will not be rendered until proper payment amounts are received in full. Clients are responsible for the full amount of the charge of the selected service(s), and must pay in full at the time of scheduling an appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon by Janay Anthony and the client. Clients are responsible for scheduling their own appointments through the Janay Anthony website, and will receive confirmation by email at the time of a completed purchase. Clients will receive an appointment reminder by email the day prior to their scheduled appointment. This email will also include information on how to connect with Janay Anthony so services can be delivered. Janay Anthony is not responsible for any technical issues that occur during online sessions with clients. If interruptions are deemed severe enough, clients may reschedule their appointment for a later date or receive a partial refund. Discretion in these instances is determined by Janay Anthony. Clients cannot reschedule sessions less that 48-hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Clients who wish to reschedule less than 48-hours prior to their scheduled appointment will incur a $35 Rescheduling Fee. There is no fee for rescheduling more than 48-hours in advance. Cancellations can be made up to 48-hours prior to a scheduled appointment time without incurring a Cancellation fee. Clients who cancel their purchase within the allotted time are eligible for a full refund. If a client wishes to cancel a session less than 48-hours from the scheduled appointment time, a $75 Cancellation Fee will be incurred. This fee will be deducted from the refund of the clients purchase. If the client does not show up for their appointment after 15 minutes into the scheduled appointment time, the client will be considered a "No show." No shows are not eligible to receive refunds for their missed appointment. Clients may reschedule their no show appointment, and will be responsible for a $35 rescheduling fee. No refunds will be issued after services have been delivered.
