Service Description
A natal chart is a snapshot of the cosmos at the exact moment of your birth. The chart represents the astrological energy of the moment and showcases the building blocks of your inner and outer worlds. Using a combination of traditional and modern techniques, you and I will explore the depths of your birth chart together. Learn how your natal astrology manifests as patterns that repeat throughout your life. Transits will help put your chart into context for the current moment, and you’ll find out which placements are the most active. You’ll gain insight into the planetary energies at play and learn how to harness and use them to your advantage. What to expect? The beauty of a natal consultation is that you have the power to make it as general or specific as you’d like. During the scheduling process, you’ll have the option to outline the topic(s) you’d like to cover during the consultation, and our time will be spent focusing on diving deep into those topics in your natal chart. But if you’d like more of a general overview of your chart, simply come in with an open mind and allow the consultation to unfold organically. Either way, this consultation will be a co-created exploration of your natal chart that will leave you with a deeper understanding of yourself and your chart. This consultation is 60 minutes and will take place over Zoom. The Zoom meeting will be recorded and emailed to you within 72 business hours after the consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Janay Anthony astrology consultation and/or Tarot services will not be rendered until proper payment amounts are received in full. Clients are responsible for the full amount of the charge of the selected service(s), and must pay in full at the time of scheduling an appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon by Janay Anthony and the client. Clients are responsible for scheduling their own appointments through the Janay Anthony website, and will receive confirmation by email at the time of a completed purchase. Clients will receive an appointment reminder by email the day prior to their scheduled appointment. This email will also include information on how to connect with Janay Anthony so services can be delivered. Janay Anthony is not responsible for any technical issues that occur during online sessions with clients. If interruptions are deemed severe enough, clients may reschedule their appointment for a later date or receive a partial refund. Discretion in these instances is determined by Janay Anthony. Clients cannot reschedule sessions less that 48-hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Clients who wish to reschedule less than 48-hours prior to their scheduled appointment will incur a $35 Rescheduling Fee. There is no fee for rescheduling more than 48-hours in advance. Cancellations can be made up to 48-hours prior to a scheduled appointment time without incurring a Cancellation fee. Clients who cancel their purchase within the allotted time are eligible for a full refund. If a client wishes to cancel a session less than 48-hours from the scheduled appointment time, a $75 Cancellation Fee will be incurred. This fee will be deducted from the refund of the clients purchase. If the client does not show up for their appointment after 15 minutes into the scheduled appointment time, the client will be considered a "No show." No shows are not eligible to receive refunds for their missed appointment. Clients may reschedule their no show appointment, and will be responsible for a $35 rescheduling fee. No refunds will be issued after services have been delivered.
